Product Brief: CUCE-W is a composite high-efficiency antistatic agent with excellent conductivity. It can form a stable and long-term antistatic molecular layer on the surface of polyurethane materials, reduce the surface resistance of products, and effectively avoid and eliminate the accumulation of static charge caused by friction.Typical Properties:

Solubility:Easily soluble in general polyurethane raw materials, such as various polyether polyols, polyester polyols and plasticizers.Applications:It is recommended to be used in all kinds of cast polyurethane products, and is widely used in all kinds of anti-static occasions, such as floors, electronic products, clothing, etcFeatures & Advantages:

1. It has good compatibility with conventional polyurethane raw materials and is uniform and stable after mixing; It does not contain active hydrogen, does not react with isocyanate, does not change the molecular structure of polyurethane, and does not affect the mechanical properties of polyurethane materials. It does not cause foaming, bulging, and basically does not reduce hardness and strength of polyurethane materials.
2. High efficiency and stable antistatic effect, less addition, excellent antistatic effect.
3. Good processability and thermal stability, light color, will not affect the coloring of polyurethane.
4. It is liquid at normal temperature, and it is easy to use without heating and melting.

User's Guide:

• If used for high temperature vulcanized polyurethane casting glue, it is recommended to mix in prepolymer and stir evenly on spot before production. It is recommended that the stability in high temperature prepolymer should be evaluated before use to prevent gel accidents caused by incompatibility. If it is used for two-component polyurethane composite, it is recommended to premix it into polyol components, which can generally be stored stably for a long time. If it is premixed into isocyanate components and need long storage, storage stability test must be carried out first.
• The dosage depends on the situation. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2%, which can reach 108 stably.

Handling & Storage:Please store in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight and rain. Package:25kg/200kg in HDPE drumShelf Life:The unopened shelf life is 24 months from production date. If the antistatic performance is not affected after the shelf life, it can still be used as qualified products.
