XPJ170 power plant seawater defoamer is specially designed for defoaming and antifoaming of DC seawater cooling system. When seawater cooling systems use oxidizing biocides to eliminate the effects of marine fouling, a large number of marine organisms were killed, and their organic debris produced a large amount of foam in the larger parts of the seawater stirring. These foams are extremely stable in the normal state, affecting the velocity of flow and forming pollution pHenomenon. The foam can be eliminated in a very short time by using XPJ170 power plant defoamer. XPJ170 is also effective and rapid in removing foams from seawater cooling systems by using non-oxidizing biocides. There is no mineral oil component in this product, and there will be no oil bleaching on the water surface. Since Saiouxinyue specializes in the development and application of food grade polysiloxane, the formulation design of seawater antifoaming agent in power plant is more biodegradable and has no negative impact on the environment.

Dilute XPJ170 with clean cold water by 1-3 times in the area of foamconcentration by dropping or spraying; Also it can be directly added in the sewage fluidity of the import, based on the use of sewage foaming characteristics generally around 50-300 ppm.

 

This product should be packed in 25KG or 200KG plastic drums. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. It will be valid for one year if stored at room temperature.The product should be protected against being frozen.
